HOW TO MAKE FRIED TEMPEH

Fried tempeh is the most popular food in Indonesia. Everybody knows fried tempeh. Fried tempeh has a typical taste and many people love this food. It can be made very easily. My mother is one of the most people who often make this food. And I ask her how to make it. So, this is steps for making fried tempeh.
First, you must to prepare all the equipments. All you need is stove, wok, spatula, strainer, tempeh, cooking oil and salt, coriander and garlic that has been crushed. (Or you can buy a flavor at store)

Second, slice the tempeh and mix with the flavor (salt, coriander, garlic). Third, pour the cooking oil into a wok, turn on the stove and wait until the temperature is enough.

Fourth, fried the tempeh until lightly browned. Finally, turn off the stove and take the fried tempeh by using a strainer. Fried tempeh is ready to serve.
